Cultural Capital Labs

Where culture meets craft.

A creative lab building products at the intersection of taste, technology, and culture.

Manifesto

The tools changed. The rules didn't. When everyone has access to the same technology, the only thing left that matters is what you choose to build—and the taste to know why it matters.

We believe in taste over data, conviction over consensus. Every project begins with a cultural observation—something hiding in plain sight that nobody is paying attention to. A scoring system for brand relevance. A Techmeme for culture. A visual experiment that asks what if modern brands existed fifty years ago? The question is always the same: what would it look like if someone who actually cared built this?

Cultural Capital Labs is one person with AI tools, shipping real products at the speed that used to require a team of twenty. This is the proof of concept for a new creative model: range + taste + technology. No investors. No team. No excuses. Just work that speaks for itself.

We don't pitch ideas. We ship them. Fourteen products live. Five automated pipelines running daily. The portfolio is the proof. The work is the argument.

Founder

Cultural Capital Labs is the work of Mike Litman.

A Strategy Director who started shipping products. 15 years in advertising at agencies like Poke, Dare, and AnalogFolk—shaping strategy, leading teams, and pitching clients across every category imaginable. Now building at the intersection of culture, taste, and technology.

Every project here was built with AI tools and zero traditional coding experience. The thesis is simple: when the barriers to making disappear, the only thing left is judgement. What to build, who it's for, and why it matters. That's strategy. That's taste. That's the work.
